01. Setting Your GPA

As we begin our journey together, we start with the fundamentals of great focus, which begins with your Big Focus Goal! In this session, I discuss the importance of setting up your GPA. And no, I don’t mean your grade point average 😉

02. Making a List

Do you have a to-do list? If so, you’ll discover why they might be ruining your focus and what to do instead. I’ll also share one of my favorite books that has helped me prioritize what’s most important in my life, and I hope it can do the same for you.

03. Prioritization

“Do the most important thing first each day.” You’ve probably heard this advice before. But there’s a difference between knowing something and actually applying it. In this lesson, I’ll explain the biological and psychological reasons why you should tackle your biggest priority early in the day.

04. Time Management Technique

In this session, I share a productivity technique that helps me accomplish everything I need to do each day. I’ll also discuss how to make the most of your ‘work breaks’ so you’re always performing at your best.

05. Beating Procrastination

While you may have had a lot of momentum at first, you might now feel the pull of procrastination. You’re not alone; we all procrastinate. But overcoming this tendency is crucial to focusing on the work that matters to us.

06. Focused Listening

In our busy lives, it’s easy to tune people out. This lesson is all about maintaining focus during conversations. I’ll share four of my best tips (plus a bonus!) to help you really listen to everything your boss or loved one says.

07. Tackling Your Inbox

One of the biggest obstacles to productivity is your email inbox. Did you know that the average email sits in your inbox for just 6 to 10 seconds before being read? It might feel productive to constantly check your email, but even a minor distraction can take up to 20 minutes to regain flow.

08. Focus Defense System

Boosting your productivity also involves using the right tools and resources. In this lesson, I’ll share some of my favorite tools to stay productive when working online. The Internet is a fantastic invention, but it can also be incredibly distracting.
